| 昭57.7長崎水害における避難行動選択への影響要素について Influence Factor on Refuge of People in the Nagasaki Flood Disaster in July l982 |

Abstract
Nagasaki district was attacked by the heavy rainfall of which maximum
rainfall intensity was 187 mm/hr and total rainfall over 400 mm, in July,
l982 and 299 persons were dead or missed by this disaster. The questionnarie
was carried out to make clear the actual states of refuge, and to investigate
the influence factors on the refuge action of people.
The results show that the refuge information and the disaster preventive
consciousness of people are principal influence factors on the refuge
action. Consequently, to make human damage minimum, it is important to
establish the information system of refuge and to make the disaster preventive
consciousness of people higher.
